As of December 5, 2024, project is awarded to Treasure Coast General Contractors with the amount of $186,473.90. All Bidders are required to submit a five percent (5%) Bid Bond with the Bid Form or their bid shall be rejected as non-responsive. A one hundred percent (100%) Public Construction Bond is required upon notification of St. Lucie Countys intention to award the contract to the apparent successful bidder.
