The purpose of establishing this contract is to obtain a qualified contractor/s for Transportation of Landfill Leachate from the St. Lucie County Baling and Recycling Facility to a County designated permitted disposal site in up to 6,000 gallon tankers. This contract(s) will be utilized on an as-needed basis with no flow guaranteed. This contract(s) will not be the primary method of landfill Leachate disposal. It would be utilized in the event the primary method is unavailable. The St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor irregularities; reject any and all bids which are incomplete, conditional, obscure, or which contain additions not allowed for; accept or reject any bid in whole or in part with or without cause; and accept the bid which best serves the County. St. Lucie County is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
