The work contemplated includes furnishing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies and miscellaneous items required for the construction as indicated on the drawings and herein specified. The methods and quality of workmanship and construction shall be governed by applicable sections of these specifications. The Contractor shall comply with all codes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders and other legal requirements ofpublic authorities which bear on the performance of the work. The Contractor shall promptly submit written notice to the District of observed variances of contract documents from legal requirements. The Contractor shall coordinate his work with the contractor performing work under separate contracts and shall cooperate fully to ensure smooth execution of the work. Furthermore, each Bidder may not withdraw their bid after the actual date of the opening of bids. Contractors are required to submit qualification statements seven (7) days prior to bidding. This project is contingent upon the sale and receipt of bond funds. The District reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
