Peterborough Housing Corporation is the largest single provider of community housing in the City and County of Peterborough. We provide rent-geared-to-income and affordable housing for seniors, single adults, and families. This means that PHC provides homes to well over 4000 residents in our community. Our housing is a mix of high-rise apartments, townhomes, walk-up apartments, semi-detached homes, and quadplexes. PHC is under an agreement with the Service Manager, the City of Peterborough for Peterborough City and County. The Peterborough Housing Corporation invites proposal submissions for Upgrade(s) and Modernization(s) of Elevators & Lifts at various properties. Peterborough Housing Corporation is seeking 1-3 Elevator Contractor(s). Firm pricing is required for the initial Contract Term Peterborough Housing Corporation reserves the right to alter dates, modify the terms and conditions and/or to cancel this RFP at its sole discretion with no liability, cost, or penalty.
