Scope of Work: Scope includes, but is not limited to furnishing all labor, tools, materials, equipment, software, hardware, supplies, and travel required to service and maintain water conditions for condenser water loops and chilled water loops for the Broward County Aviation Department (BCAD) Maintenance Division and Port Everglades Department. Solicitation Requirements: (Vendor is cautioned that this is a summary only and the full solicitation must be reviewed). - Living Wage Office of Economic and Small Business Development Requirements refer to: Office of Economic and Small Business Development Procurement Preferences for Small Business Enterprises and County Business Enterprises Site Visit: Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) requires all participants to submit copies of valid government issued identification for Visitor security badging. Copies of valid government issued identification must be emailed as soon as possible to kefrece@broward.org, but no later than 5 pm EST on October 3, 2024. Participants must email one of the following forms of valid government issued identifications: 1. Passport; 2. State Driver license; or, 3. State Issued Identification. If these documents are not provided to BCAD by the above-mentioned date and time, you will not be able to attend the optional site visit. You must also bring a government issued photo ID with you on the day of the optional pre-bid conference and site visit. NOTICE: Due to security issues and group management for the site visit, Visitor Badge will be limited to only ONE representative per vendor. Once the site visit at FLL begins, no one will until site visit is complete. Pre-Bid Meeting: The vendor is cautioned that, although the site visit/pre-bid conference is optional, no modification or any changes will be allowed in the pricing because of the failure of the vendor(s) to have visited the site or to have attended the conference.
