Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Wauwatosa is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors for the design, fabrication, procurement, delivery, and installation/construction of a bicycle pump track at the City's new 116th Street Park (Official park name TBD). As part of the planning process for the new park the community expressed its desire for a bicycle amenity such as a pump track. Through multiple grants the new park is currently being constructed with the pump track being one of the last remaining items to be designed and installed. An area of the park has been graded and set aside for the pump track (see appendix of RFP). Performance Bond The contractor shall execute a performance bond on the form provided in the RFP document in an amount at least equal to 100% of the full contract price, such bond to be executed by a surety company acceptable to the City. The performance bond shall serve as security for the faithful performance of this contract. In the event the surety takes over the work and project under the contract, the surety shall be bound by all the provisions of the contract. Please indicate that you have the ability to provide a performance bond should you be selected for this project.
