BIDDERS ARE expected to inspectthe site of the work and to inform themselves of all local conditions. The time of completion shall be 120 days. NO BID may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 90 calendar days. IN CASE of ambiguity or lack ofclearness stating the price in the bids, the Economic DevelopmentCorporation of City of Queen City,Texas reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. The Economic Development Corporation of City of Queen City,Texas reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any or all informalities, and to award the contract to the bidder or bidders who, in the opinion of the Owner, offersthe proposal to the best interest of same.
