Pre-Qualification: Yes Description: Scope of work includes: removing the existing 8th Street pedestrian bridge over the I &M Canal, installing a new pedestrian bridge, slope stabilization, bollard removal and installation, rip rap installation, and erosion control measures in the City of Lockport. The contract contains a goal that at least 20% of the value of the contract will be performed by Business Enterprise Program (BEP) certified vendors as defined by the Commission on Equity and Inclusion (CEI).
