The City of Bismarck is seeking proposals for the hauling and disposal of all lime product from or generated by the Bismarck Water Treatment Plant for the 2025 calendar year, with the possibility of to two additional one-year terms (3 years total). If a proposal is to be faxed, it must be sent to the contractor's agent independent of the City of Bismarck, placed in a sealed envelope, labeled according to this specification, and delivered to the office of the City Administrator prior to the proposal deadline. Proposals must be submitted on blanks furnished by the City of Bismarck and in accordance with specifications and conditions therein contained. All contractors are invited to be present at the opening. The right is reserved to hold all proposals for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be for the best interest of the City of Bismarck.
