New railings and decking. Existing landings need resurfaced. Must be ADA and IBC compliant. Supply two new aluminum ramps per drawings and specifications for the viitors registration facility at 555 Devils Den Road, Altona, NY 12910. The ramps will be 48" wide, Commerical specification, and will be approximately a 1:12 pitch. The ramps will have railings with balusters @ 4" on center on both sides and be ADA compliant. All components are aluminum for ease of maintenance and durability. The ramps are free-standing and can be installed without concrete piers. Ramps are rated at 100lbs per square ft. The north ramp will be 39' long, consisting of a 16' upper ramp section to a 4' x 5' resting platform, and an 18' lower ramp section extending to the concrete sidewalk. The south ramp will be 30' long, with transitions at the upper landing and sidewalk. Both existing upper landings are pressure treated wood, and need to be resurfaced with new decking. The existing framing is still serviceable, and will remain. The stairs on the left side landing will be replaced with all new components. Rainings will also be replaced. Decking will be Trex (TM) composite 1x6" boards with hidden fasteners (Camo or equivalent). Railings will be replaced with Trex (TM) white composit rails with black balusters 4" on center. Matching railings will be installed on the stairs. The ramps will comply with current ADA specs and IBC (International Building Code) adopted as the building code by New York State. Remove existing decking, railings and ramp. Facility will dispose of waste.
