The Highway Department of the Town of Altona is requesting bids for 3,500 yards of screened winter road sand. All bidders must be within a twenty (20) mile radius of the Altona Town Garage. The sand must be available by October 1, 2025. The bid will be for the Altona Highway Department to pick up the sand and loaded by the bidder. Bids must include a non-collusive bidder's certificate. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all informalities that does not affect the validity of the bid.
