Lindsey WWTP Clarification Improvements The scope of work consists of replacing two (2) aeration/clarification modules with similar systems. Previously, Lindsey replaced their other two (2) modules in a 2019 project. The blower control panel will also be replaced. In addition, there are miscellaneous piping and electrical improvements to support the proposed work. The WWTP is located at 2340 Cemetery Drive, Lindsey, OH 43442. Continue toward the cemetery on Cemetery Drive (initially Elm St.) and turn left just before the cemetery entrance to go to the WWTP. The Engineer for the project is TD Engineering, LLC, 6146 Lakota Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45243, Telephone. 513-607-8397. The estimated project cost is in the range of $500,000.00 to $600,000.00. The bid guarantee instrument shall be in the form of a Bid Guarantee and Contract Bond for the FULL AMOUNT of the bid OR a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit for an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bid guarantee shall be made payable to the Village of Lindsey, Ohio, and is to be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted, and a contract is awarded to the BIDDER, the contract will be duly executed, and its performance properly secured. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. When a check or letter of credit is used, the successful BIDDER(s) shall be required to furnish a Contract. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
