A. Work in the General Construction Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. SPECIFICATIONS a. All specification sections DIVISION 00 thru DIVISION 32 in their entirety. 2. DRAWINGS a. All Construction Drawings as issued by Architect and Engineers unless notes otherwise on within the drawings. 3. Temporary facilities and controls in the General Construction Contract include, but are not limited to, the following: a. General waste disposal facilities (construction dumpsters). b. Barricades, warning signs, and lights. c. Security enclosure and lockup. d. Restoration of Owner's existing facilities used as temporary facilities. Bidders shall submit written questions to Brian J. Gilliland, VSWC Architects, at brian@vswc.com by 12:00 Noon, October 9, 2024 to allow sufficient time for the Design Professional to respond High School Wellness Center Project All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
