Renovation of a municipal facility in Gallipolis, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Board of Gallia County Commissioners is interested in acquiring the services of an engineer/architect to provide the necessary engineering services for rehabilitation/remodeling of the Conley Building into county office space. The location of this facility is 537 Second Ave, Gallipolis, Ohio. Procedures for selection of an engineer/architect will be in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance and capacity. The type of experiences desired are: experience with state and federal compliance, experience planning and designing governmental office space, experience working on rehabilitation/remodeling of older buildings, experience with field supervision, and experience with competitive sealed bid procurement, and prevailing wage. Performance will be assessed in terms of timeliness, completing work within budget, and quality of work. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
