Project has been Cancelled. Scope of work is for snow removal, sanding, and ice control for the Bayview and Monashka Bay Service Areas for the winter season of 2024-2025. Terms of the contract are for November 8, 2024 to May 31, 2025 The Borough reserves the right to disqualify or refuse to receive a bid if a bidder is in default for any of the following reasons: A. Uncompleted work which, in the judgment of the Borough, might hinder or prevent the prompt completion of additional work if awarded. B. Failure to pay or satisfactorily settle all bills due for labor and material on former contracts in force at the time of issuance of bids. C. Failure to comply with any qualification regulations of the Borough. D. The Kodiak Island Borough will award this Contract according to the provisions of the Kodiak Island Borough Municipal Code, including Section 3.30.080, to which your attention is called in Section 8, Processing of Bids Question Deadline 10/17/2024 at 4:00 PM AKT All Bidders are requested to submit to the contacts listed for the Engineering and Facilities Department written request for explanation, interpretation, or other inquiry All such inquiries will be addressed in an official addendum that will be issued to all Bidders.
