Site work for a water / sewer project in Kodiak, Alaska. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of June 27, 2025, bids were canceled. No definite date for the rebid.** Base Bid: Contractor will provide all labor, materials and equipment for the install of a ground/surface water monitoring well at the Kodiak Island Borough Landfill to facilitate environmental monitoring along with tasks and responsibilities associated with the installation. Alternate 1: Installation of additional well(s). Price will be for additional wells installed, quantity to be determined. Not to exceed 5 wells All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier check or money order in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. Bid bonds shall be in a form satisfactory to the Kodiak Island Borough. The Kodiak Island Borough reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids, to cancel the procurement, to waive irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding, to postpone the bid opening, and to give particular attention to the qualifications of the Bidder.
