Award well be on December ,2024.** The City Clerk of the City of Westminster will receive, open, and declare in the City Hal Conference Room, 8200 Westminster Boulevard, Westminster, California, sealed proposals for the following project: SIGLER PARK SOCCER FIELD PROJECT PROJECT PLAN NO: P-2618 SCOPE OF WORK A. General and Specifications. The work involves the demolition of an existing chain link backstop, bases, dugout fencing and footing, seating, concrete pads, bleachers, sport lighting, pu l boxes, and wires and contro ler, brickdust, mow curbs, trees and roots, irrigation valves and wires; insta lation of erosion and sediment control system, grading, new turf, concrete sidewalk, sport lights and electrical system, 6-foot and 10-foot high chain link fence with gates, mow curbs, bleachers, irrigation system, hydration systems, booster pump, drainage cistern, tree planting, perform 90-day landscape maintenance, and all appurtenant work in connection therewith. 8. Control of Work. The City shal decide all questions, which may arise as to the quality of, and acceptability of the materials and work. Control of work, equipment, and inspections shall conform to the Standard Specifications.
