The required services consist of Topographic Mapping, Boundary Surveying, Records Search, and Right-of-Way Engineering. The projects will be funded with a combination different Local funding sources: Measure T Funds, Regional Surface Transportation Program Funds, and SB-1 Local Partnership Program Formula Funds. While not under the oversight of Caltrans or Caltrans Local Assistance, the Department generally follows LAPM procedures for non-federal aid projects. SCOPE OF WORK The Madera County Public Works Department is interested in contracting with a Land Surveying Consultant that will conduct and coordinate specified tasks related to Topographic Mapping and Land Surveying Services. The work must comply with the requirements of all the following without limitation as though incorporated herein by reference: 1. Federal laws 2. State laws 3. Local laws 4.
