Question Deadline 10/10/2024 Formal requests for clarification or questions regarding the terms of this bid should be directed in writing to Joel Perry, Assistant Purchasing Agent at joel.perry@franklincountyny.gov or by fax to (518) 483-0141. SCOPE: Franklin County is accepting sealed bids for lumber and building supplies to be used by various departments on an as needed basis. CONTRACT DURATION: Contract shall be from Date of Award to October 31, 2025. Unit prices must remain firm for the duration of the contract period. SHORT TERM EXTENSION: In the event the replacement contract has not been issued, any contract let and awarded hereunder by the County, may be extended unilaterally by the County for an additional period of up to 60 days upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original contract including, but not limited to, quantities, prices, and delivery requirements. However, this extension terminates should the replacement contract be issued in the interim.
