Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Malone, New York. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Construction of new unheated pole barn structure with (6) truck bays and heated office space with toilet room and mechanical space. The building shall be wood framed with trusses and concrete slab on grade. The construction shall include site improvement of the lot to accommodate vehicle and pedestrian access to the building. Office space shall be heated and cooled with Electric Heat Pump System. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or acceptable Sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner. Submit all questions about the bid documents to Brian Krueger at Aubertine and Currier, 522 Bradley Street, Watertown, New York 13601 by email at bmk@aubertinecurrier.com at least (3) days prior to date for receipt of bids. The Bidder acknowledges the right of the owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid received. In addition, the Bidder recognizes the right of the Owner to reject a Bid if the Bidder is unable to provide experience, qualifications, and financial ability to carry out the terms of the project. The Undersigned understands that the Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal.
