The project is being bid as a multi-prime contract: (3) HVAC Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Construction of new unheated pole barn structure with (6) truck bays and heated office space with toilet room and mechanical space. The building shall be wood framed with trusses and concrete slab on grade. The construction shall include site improvement of the lot to accommodate vehicle and pedestrian access to the building. Office space shall be heated and cooled with Electric Heat Pump System. If awarded the Contract, the Undersigned agrees to substantially complete all construction work under this contract by August 2025. Contractors may visit the site at their discretion. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. A satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder or acceptable Sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding.
