Franklin County Public Safety Building Jail Door Replacement & Medical Office RenovationThe Franklin County Manager s office herein called the Owner, invites the submission of sealed bids for theconstruction work involved with the above listed project.The project is being bid a single prime contract: (1) General Construction; and will include replacement ofapproximately (9) detention level hinged man doors in their existing locations. Replacement of existing doorswill include the complete removal of the existing door and frame, reparations to the existing door opening inpreparation for new door installation, and complete installation of new detention level doors. The project willalso include renovation to the existing commissary storage room in order to create a new medical exam room.This project will include mechanical, plumbing and electrical work associated with the renovation of space. No weapons or cellphones shall be permitted. Bids will not be accepted after the 3:00pm deadline. Any bid may be withdrawn without prejudice prior to the official bid opening time or any publicized postponement thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
