Village of Malone invites sealed bids for the purchase of Sodium Hypochlorite - Potable Water Plant. Specifications are as follows: The Village of Malone will use a 15% trade solution on a year-round basis. Bidders must specify the unit weight of 15% sodium hypochlorite trade solution in pounds per gallon on the bid schedule and submit appropriate emergency service phone numbers, technical storage and handling information and current Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) with NFPA ratings. The Village retains the right to terminate the contract at any time if it is deemed that the 15% sodium hypochlorite trade solution is incompatible with the pumping equipment, material, or it does not meet criteria set forth regarding minimum solution strength or having mercury levels higher than what is listed in this specification (0.15 mg/l). Fiscal Year June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026 Each bid should contain a non-collusion statement as required by Section 103D of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York and an Iran Divestment Act affidavit as required by General Municipal Law 103G of the State of New York. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
