The Village of Malone is seeking sealed bids for the construction of Veterans Memorial Park located at the intersection of Elm Street and Main Streets. All work on this contract is to be completed within 175 calendar days, starting ten (10) calendar days after the Notice of Award. Work is expected to be substantially completed within 150 days and fully completed on or before September 30, 2025. 5 percent of the Bid Amount on AIA A310 Bid Bond Form or Certified check. Prospective bidders are invited to submit their Bids, including Alternates, for work described as follows: Project Description: The Park will include a new cast-in-place reflecting pool with lighted fountain, brick paved plaza, concrete walks with benches, upgrades to municipal electric and water services. Stone veneer wall with park name and recycled native stone steps, monument cleaning, landscaping and lawn repairs. Bid proposals received after the date and time specified in the Invitation shall be considered unresponsive and will be rejected. The Village will not accept bids by FAX. The Village of Malone reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive informalities in the Bidding. This offer shall be open to acceptance and is irrevocable for thirty days from the bid closing date.
