This project requires annual inspection, repair, and maintenance services for the Swan Lake, Tyee Lake, and Swan-Tyee Intertie Transmission Lines, for Years 2025, 2026, and 2027, with an option to renew for Year 2028. Questions concerning the sufficiency of such prior work performed by a prospective Bidder must be submitted by the Bidder, in writing by email to ContAdmin@seapahydro.org on or before September 19, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. AKDT. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond with SEAPA within the time frame set forth in the Notice of Award to the successful bidder. The bond shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount on forms acceptable to SEAPA as security for the faithful performance of the contract. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond with SEAPA within the time frame set forth in the Notice of Award to the successful bidder. The bond shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract amount on forms acceptable to SEAPA as security to subcontractors and materials suppliers to ensure payment for their work, labor, and/or materials on the project.
