Site work and renovation of a multi-residential development in Ketchikan, Alaska. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
**As of December 12, 2024 no bids received on the project . No definite date for the rebid.** The City of Ketchikan is seeking a professional contractor's services to develop and implement a plan to utilize old building conduits and/or create new paths to run fiber to each resident's apartment and office for the Mary Francis Condos. The work will consist of developing construction documents and specifications, making material recommendations (with the exception of the fiber cable), coordinating all associated permitting, cost estimating and coordination, and running new conduits, pull strings, and fiber. The exact scope will depend on the contractor's proposal. Completion is expected within 120 days of the contract award date.
