This Total Project Consists of the Roadway Milling and Repaving of 2,400 +/- Lf of Old Landis Avenue. Also, the Installation of Traffic Markings, Driveway Aprons and Other Miscellaneous Items as Required to Complete the Project. Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Treasurer's or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Amount Not to Exceed $20,000 is Required and Should Be Made Payable to the Township of Buena Vista With a Letter of Surety. Successful Bidder is Required to Pay the Higher of the Current State or Federal Prevailing Wage Rate to All Workers Employed on the Project. Successful Bidder Must Furnish a One Hundred (100%) Percent Performance Bond, and One Hundred (100%) Percent Payment Bond Issued by a Surety Satisfactory to the Municipality. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of the Affirmative Action Regulations of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27-1 Et Seq Financing for the Reconstruction of Old Landis Ave is Made Possible by a Grant From the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
