This project is intended to complete deferred and preventative maintenance items throughout Will Vill Rec Center during summer of 2025. Construction Budget is $1,000,000. The Regents of the University of Colorado Boulder anticipates using a Design/Bid/Build General Contractor (GC) approach to project delivery, and requests submittals for prequalification of General Contractors for Construction Project titled UCB001049-WVRCRenovations-2025. It is the intent of the Department of Facilities Management to pre-qualify General Contractors and select a minimum of three (3) to bid this project in accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes 24-92-107, 24-103-402, and 24-30-1303 (1) (Q) and in accordance with Section 3-402.01 of the Colorado Procurement Rules. Pre-qualification and inclusion on the select bidders list will be necessary for bidding this project.
