Questions may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441-8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov Question Cut Off Date 10/28/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT) DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT LOCATION(S) S-059 is located on S. 46 th Street, approximately 0.54 miles south of Bennet Road (see project map). CLEARING AND GRUBBING A contractor may request an early notice to proceed and mobilize to perform clearing and grubbing, including removal of all logs, brush, and debris at the sites where the County has property rights prior to the nesting season and maternity roost season. Per Section 108.02.04 working days will not be charged for this work item, and work at the site may be suspended following clearing and grubbing. Mobilization for clearing and grubbing will be considered subsidiary to that pay item, per Section 112.
