Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a civil project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and bridge / tunnel.

Item includes all work including, but not limited to, removal of concrete rails at approach sections; removal of bridge approach section concrete; saw cutting and removal of concrete deck and bridge rails at bridge ends; excavation for existing concrete wing removal and construction; saw cutting and removal of existing wing concrete; excavation for existing concrete turndown removal and construction; removal of existing turndowns; excavation for new approach section backfill; and backfill after completion of concrete construction to cover granular backfill with clay cap. Contracts are issued via email to a designated contact person of the awarded Bidder. This designee must have authorization to bind the company with the contract. Please list the name, email address and phone number of the person who will sign the contract. Question Cut Off Date 10/10/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT). The bid amount for mobilization cannot exceed 10% of the total bid amount. I acknowledge that a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required with the signed contract upon award of this job. The Contractor shall have a total of 120 consecutive calendar days from the Beginning of Work date to achieve Substantial Completion of this project. The Beginning of Work shall commence on or before April 1, 2025.
