Question Cut Off Date: 10/11/2024 02:00:00 PM (CT) Questions may be directed to City/County Purchasing at (402) 441-8103 or purchasing@lincoln.ne.gov. It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum acceptable requirements for Vendor/s for hauling of trees for Lancaster County to be hauled to Roca Quarry, Roca, Nebraska. Trees will be hauled from various locations around the county.This location may change but for now and until told differently, all trees go to Roca. This contract is an on-call contract. Vendor shall submit bid documents and all supporting material via e-bid. All inquiries regarding these specifications shall be directed via e-mail or faxed request to: Sharon Mulder, Asst. Purchasing Agent e-mail: smulder@lincoln.ne.gov. These inquiries and/or responses shall be distributed to prospective Vendors electronically as an addendum. The Purchasing Office shall only reply to written inquiries received within five (5) calendar days of bid opening. No direct contact is allowed between Vendor and other County staff throughout the bid process. Failure to comply with this directive may result in Vendor bid being rejected.
