GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK Wright Farms Lift Station is designed to serve the 552-acre, 2,160 equivalent single-family connection residential development located along the south side of County Road 904 and both sides of County Road 1017 in the City of Cleburne, Texas. The major work will consist of installing a fully operational 500 gallons per minute (gpm) firm pumping capacity duplex pump lift station with 16-foot diameter wet well, odor control, and other ancillary piping. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date the Contractor is notified. QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform work, Bidders shall submit written evidence such as financial data, previous experience, present commitments, and other such data as may be called for in this contract document with bid.
