Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Joshua, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Project No: 6140501 Paving Improvements: Approximately 9,000 SY of 8" concrete pavement, lime-treated subgrade, barrier free ramps, concrete sidewalks, and related work. The above Improvements are a part of the "Plans for the Construction of County Road 904 Paving, Drainage, and Street Lights Improvements to serve Wright Farms Phase 1A & 1B" as prepared by Pape-Dawson Engineers. Drainage Improvements: 24-30" RCP drain systems, curb inlets, headwalls, junction boxes, stone riprap. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7)days after the date the Contractor is notified. Developer and Wright Farm Municipal Management District of Johnson County reserve the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids.
