Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Joshua, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.

A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Frontier Phase 2a - Paving Improvements QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform work, Bidders shall submit written evidence such as financial data, previous experience, present commitments, and other such data as may be called for in this contract document with bid. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date the Contractor is notified. Paving Improvements: Approximately 17,100 SY of 6" concrete pavement, lime-treated subgrade, barrier free ramps, concrete sidewalks, and related work. The above improvements are a part of the "Plans for the Construction of Water, Sewer, Paving, Drainage, and Street Light Improvements to Serve Frontier Phase 2A" as prepared by PapeDawson Engineers. Developer and Wright Farm Municipal Management District of Johnson County reserve the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids. Any Contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from revenues generated from Developer funds and District Bonds and dedicated by the District to the work under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS.
