Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Removal of 2" of asphalt surface and placement of new 2" asphalt surface. In general, Eau Claire County Project ID 53312-978 (CTH Q) consists of the following major items: 2" asphalt removal, base aggregate dense ( 3/4 ") for shouldering, HMA pavement, pavement marking, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Total project length is 2.0 miles. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum base bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of time as specified in the Wis. Dept. of Transportation Standard Specifications. Bid security will be retained if the Bidder is awarded the Work and fails to execute the Contract and furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. RIGHTS RESERVED Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
