In general, Eau Claire County Project ID 53312-978 (CTH Q) consists of the following major items: 2" asphalt removal, base aggregate dense ( 3/4 ") for shouldering, HMA pavement, pavement marking, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Total project length is 2.0 miles. BID SECURITY Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of 10% of the maximum base bid amount. Bid and bid security may not be withdrawn for a period of time as specified in the Wis. Dept. of Transportation Standard Specifications.
