Disposal of materials is the responsibility of contractor. 4. Prepare floor for installation of polymer flake per manufacture recommendation. 5. Patch and fill substrate where needed. 6. Follow installation procedures per manufacture directions. 7. Install new black 4" vinyl base and transitions where needed. 8. Clean floor and area when installation is complete. 9.
