Remove existing sheet vinyl, adhesive, and base highlighted in attachments. 2. Dispose of existing flooring according to state and federal guidelines 3. Disposal of materials is the responsibility of contractor. 4. Prepare floor for installation of polymer flake per manufacture recommendation. 5. Patch and fill substrate where needed. 6. Follow installation procedures per manufacture directions. 7. Install new black 4” vinyl base and transitions where needed. 8. Clean floor and area when installation is complete. 9. Estimated square footage: 7713 Sq/Ft 10. Contractor to verify sq/ft and linear feet. 11. Work to be completed June 9, 2025 – August 22, 2025
