Remodeling of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 9,000-square-foot educational facility.
Bidding work on the Safety Training Center Remodel project for Chippewa Valley Technical College.'Work Included: This section applies to situations in which the subcontractor or their representatives including, but not limited to suppliers, subcontractors, employees, and field engineers, enter the ownerís property. B. Related Work: Documents affecting work of this section include, but are not necessarily limited to, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, and sections in Division 01 of these specifications. In general, the project consists of demolition and remodeling of 9,000 SF, this includes classrooms and training lab: finish upgrades and related work to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The Owner is considered a tax-exempt entity, therefore WI. Stat. 77.54(9m) will be utilized on this project.
