LEAD Remediation at 521 Niagara Street Bid Bond 5% SCope of Work This Project is a Full Lead Abatement Project and Following Hud Lead Abatement Protocals Including but Not Limited to Full Containment of Work Areas and Removal and Proper Disposal of Painted Surfaces Containing Lead Based Paint. All Travel Areas in the House Shall Be Covered With Two Layers of Heavy Weight Rosin Paper to Eliminate Contaminations of Such Areas. Contractors Must Hold a State Certified Lead Abatement Company or State Certified Lead Safe Company With Certified Workers/supervisors Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
