The Mid-America Regional Council (MARC) seeks consulting services to complete the Leonard/Lightburne Multimodal and Reconstruction Study for the City of Liberty, Missouri. The PSP Program provides local governments with financial support to advance detailed local planning and project development activities in support of Creating Sustainable Places, Connected KC 2050's Activity Centers and Corridors framework, and the MidAmerica Regional Council's adopted policy statement on regional land use direction. This project is one of 17 across the region chosen for funding through the Planning Sustainable Places Program. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of MARC, KCRPC staff, or officials, other than the specified contact person. All proposals and supporting documents will remain confidential until a final contract has been executed. Information that discloses proprietary or financial information submitted in response to qualification statements will not become public information.
