The Project consists of the following: Construction of an outdoor gravity block seating area, shade sails, and landscaping along the Riverwalk adjacent to the West Shore Community College building. Construction of a rain garden in existing planter areas at the Riverwalk access site adjacent to the Chamber of Commerce parking lot.
