Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Manistee, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: 1. Spruce Street: Installation of PVC water main down the hill between 3rd Street and Spruce Street to loop two sections of water main that are currently dead ends. The project includes removing and replacing storm sewer and reconstructing the end of 3rd Street, milling and repaving Spruce Street after making the water main improvements, coring around all the manhole castings on the project for final adjustment, installing a new water hydrant, applying pavement markings, and minor concrete work. 2. Miscellaneous Street Overlays: Overlaying existing streets within the City limits, milling butt joints, adjusting structures castings with interior adjustment rings if needed. 3. Alternate Bid Section - First Street: Installation of a shallow small diameter PVC relief sewer and manhole connecting the interceptor sewer to an abandoned sanitary sewer. Other project items include repairing pavement, curb, sidewalk, and restoration items from installing the relief sewer and manhole.
