Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pasco, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Ainsworth Avenue Pavement Preservation will mill and overlay 1.04-miles of Ainsworth Avenue between 10th Avenue to Oregon Avenue. Work includes localized asphalt repairs, 2" mill and overlay, and striping. ADA upgrades will also be included as needed. The design phase for these projects is anticipated to extend eighteen (18) months, beginning in February 2025. Right-of-Way (ROW) acquisition for either project is not anticipated, but should it be needed, it will be required to be completed by no later than December 5, 2025. Construction funding for the project will need to be obligated by April 2, 2026. The selected Consultant shall provide services including topographic surveying, preparation of plans, specifications, and estimate (PS&E), public outreach, right-of-way (ROW) acquisition and certification services, preparation, and processing of all necessary environmental documents to achieve environmental compliance, and construction administration services (on a need basis). Ainsworth Avenue Pavement Preservation has a mandatory Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE) goal of Zero percent (0%). Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to both City Representatives listed in Section 1.10 below, no less than three (3) working days prior to the time that submittals are due.
