Site work for a water / sewer project in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Base Bid work involves the replacement of approximately 2,688 feet of 6 inch steel irrigation pipe with PVC pipe and installation of approximately 145 feet of new 6 inch PVC pipe in a new location. The project is located in the West Pasco area of the City of Pasco. All work shall be completed by MARCH 14, 2025. Bids will only be accepted from those Contractors who are on the Plan holders list. Only those Bidders requesting documents from J-U-B Engineers will be added to the Plan holders list. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects and to reject any and all Bids. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of Bids or authorized postponement thereof. Any Bid received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should there be reasons why the Contract cannot be awarded within the specified period; the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the Owner and Bidder. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond, payable to F.C.I.D., in the amount not less than 5 percent of the Total Bid Price.
