Site work and renovation of a transportation facility in Pasco, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 102,807-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

1. This project consists of expanding services to the Port of Pasco PSC terminal completed in 2017. Since then, the number of airline carriers has expanded beyond the designed capacity of the airline ticketing counters. 2. The purpose of this project is to reconfigure and expand the ticket counter space to match the current space including a new counter, scale location, FID location, outboundbaggage conveying system and signage. In addition to the ticket counter expansion, Gate 2 will be modified to include a second Gate (2A) the existing gate 2 will remain as Gate (2B). This work will include an exterior reconfiguration to add a second gate door onto to the apron. The interior work includes; reconfiguration of passengers seating area, a new Gate Information Display (GID) stand and monitor, a new gate podium, a small replacement of carpeting and the installation of a glass security wall on the interior side of the holdroom. This renovation will require; electrical, security and technology connections to the door, podium and monitor. 3. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
