Description

Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.

replacement of ten (10) hydraulic lift bridges used for bus maintenance, one (1) automatic scrubber for buses and to carry out some related interventions in mechanical workshops. TIMELINE: The owners concluded the contract for an equipment purchase with Equipement De Levage Novaquip on February 2, 2026 following contract agreement #STS-25-06. Reference number: 20093385. Contract for architectural services to complete design had been awarded following request for proposals #STS-24-20. Reference number: 20019139. Construction will be phased. The replacement of the lifts will be done sequentially. The simultaneous replacement of two (2) lifts, for a total of five (5) replacement phases. Further update in summer, 2026.
