Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Sherbrooke, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.
replacement of ten (10) hydraulic lift bridges used for bus maintenance, one (1) automatic scrubber for buses and to carry out some related interventions in mechanical workshops. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services to complete design has been awarded following request for proposals #STS-24-20. Reference number: 20019139. Construction will be phased. The replacement of the lifts will be done sequentially. The simultaneous replacement of two (2) lifts, for a total of five (5) replacement phases. This strategy is being studied during the design phase. Further update in summer, 2025. Note: the budget cost of an equipment is estimated at $4,000,000.
