Expansion and redevelopment of the Rose-Cohen ecocentre located at 365 Pépin Street in Sherbrooke. The mandate includes increasing capacity, improving fluidity, and ensuring the health and safety of visitors and employees. TIMELINE: Contract for engineering services to complete design and monitor construction work has been awarded following request for proposals # AO 21247. Reference number: 20075575. Preliminary estimation is expected to be delivered by December 1, 2025. Detailed design is to be delivered by February, 2026. Tender for general contractor is anticipated in March 15, 2026. Further update in winter, 2025/2026.
