Reference number: 20068489 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-05-26 Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 24 The City of Sherbrooke is requesting bids for the supply of equipment for the replacement of the UV disinfection system for effluent from the wastewater treatment plant. More specifically, to provide engineering assistance to the contracting professional for the preparation of plans and specifications, and to supply equipment and related services in connection with the technical clauses for the execution of the disinfection system replacement work planned for the Sherbrooke wastewater treatment plant. Overall, and in a non-limitative manner, the purpose of the contract is to : - Provide shop drawings and assist the contracting professional in the preparation of plans and specifications; - Supply UV reactors, including power and control panels; - Load and deliver the equipment to the location designated by the City; - Assist the Engineer in the design of plans and specifications in preparation for the General Contractor's call for tenders; - Assist the Contractor with equipment installation; - Carry out equipment commissioning; - Carry out all testing required under this mandate; - Provide training; - See technical and administrative clauses for other requirements.
