Willamalane Park and Recreation District is seeking quotations for the supply and installation of 4,981 square feet of Forbo Flowtex flooring or an approved equivalent. Project Overview The selected vendor will provide and install Forbo Flowtex flooring at Willamalane Adult Activity Center 215 West C Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477. The flooring should meet all applicable standards and specifications as outlined in the Forbo Flowtex product documentation. Scope of Work o Quantity: 4,981 square feet of Forbo Flowtex flooring. o Installation Requirements: o Remove existing 24" X 24" glued carpet tiles. o Prepare the concrete subfloor to ensure proper installation. o Install Forbo Flowtex or approved alternate flooring in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. o Timeline: The project should be completed within our annual closure that is scheduled December 16th, 2024 - January 3rd, 2025 Specifications o Product: Forbo Flowtex or approved alternate. o Color/Design Options: Contractor to work with Willamalane on color and design. o Warranty: Please include warranty information for both the product and installation. o Project Budget: Less than $50,000.
