As of November 8, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on next Tuesdays council meeting but it may be delayed until November 26, 2024. City Hall Drainage Improvements Includes all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all site work and new basement trench drains including but not limited to the following: - Footing drainage lines, excavation, and backfilling. - Sidewalk replacement. - Access driveway replacement. - Coating north and west exterior foundation wall. - Footing drainage pump chamber, pump, and controls. - Saw cutting basement floor. - Concrete, trench drains, and drain piping. - Miscellaneous sitework and restoration. The Common Council of the City of Gloversville reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids without explanation.
