To engage the services of an organization to manage the Jericho Way Homeless Resource Center located at 3000 Springer Boulevard Little Rock, AR 72206. Q And A Close 10/15/2024 02:30:00 AM The Jericho Way Homeless Resource Center opened in 2013 and is primarily funded by the City of Little Rock with assistance from North Little Rock, Arkansas. The Resource Center was established to provide centralized resources and services for the area's homeless individuals with the goal of transitioning them out of homelessness. The City of Little Rock is seeking a Vendor with whom to contract to provide services. The successful Vendor will: o Create opportunities for clients to seek employment and transition back into society o Coordinate the delivery of multiple services through several human-service organizations o Provide a safe place for homeless individuals to access case-management services and gain access to needed services. The Resource Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM until 2:30 PM. The Center offers a wide-ranging list of services daily, including: o Individual case-management o Access to computers and internet o Restroom and shower services o A place to receive and send mail o Access to local phone service o Job search assistance o Laundry services o Housing referrals o Two hot meals a day: breakfast and lunch o A place to retreat from the elements o Maintain an intentional clothing closet o Referrals and connections to substance use, physical and mental health treatment All programming at Jericho Way will be designed to advance four overarching objectives: 1) To provide immediate assistance to those confronting the crisis of homelessness. 2) To enable participants to improve their health and well-being. 3) To assist participants in becoming economically more self-sufficient; and 4) To help participants attain and maintain housing.
